We had the best Persian food of my life last night. I don’t know if it’s just that I’ve been away for so long, but it was incredible. And don’t even try to tell me someone you know makes better Persian food than my mom. We had a big family dinner with plenty of Basmati rice and tadiq and delicious yellow lentils and green beans. Those sour limes will kill you, though. Gotta watch out for those.
